Bon Jovi received police escort as well
Rock star Jon Bon Jovi may have been another Grammy-winning singer to receive an unsanctioned police escort through Melbourne.
Police confirmed yesterday they were investigating the “Bon Jovi incident”.
But they would not confirm if it was the same officer who ensured singer k.d. lang got from Melbourne airport to her interview on Rove Live in South Melbourne on Sunday night.
Bon Jovi’s band played at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on January 19.
The police ethical standards department is investigating two officers over unsanctioned escorts given to VIPs. (news)
