Casino gunman stalked woman
The alleged gunman in this week’s casino shooting has been revealed in documents tendered to a court as a long-time offender who previously stalked his victim, a model who was striving to reshape her life.
Todd Devaney, 37, the man arrested over the shooting at a Star City gym on Thursday, was charged with five offences including attempted murder. The Mount Riverview man did not appear at Central Local Court yesterday, but court documents revealed a string of convictions dating back to 1992.
These included a nine-month suspended jail sentence in 2004 for stalking the shooting victim, Holly Graham, a fitness instructor, who had taken out an apprehended violence order against him.
Ms Graham, 28, was reportedly Devaney’s former girlfriend. (news)
