Drug deal part of priest’s abduction
2 brothers will face court tomorrow after a priest was kidnapped at gunpoint and grilled for information relating to a drug deal.
The 57-year-old priest, an innocent party, was released unharmed hours after the abduction from a Sydney church on March 2, police said today.
It’s alleged the next day the two brothers snatched a 52-year-old man at gunpoint from his home at Belmore, in Sydney’s southwest. He was driven to Rudd Park, at Belfield, and shot and wounded in the leg. (news)
